INTRODUCTION

            This is a story of a brave young lady Mulan from china. This is a true history of china; the lesson is an extract from “The Ballad of Mulan”.

PARAGRAPH

           During the middle great war in china the Emperor orders that one man from each family should join the army. There was an old carver in the country. The father was too old and the son was too young. So, the young lady Mulan disguised as a man and joined the army.

             Look now I am your son & I’ll do my part for china”- MULAN

She was brave and fought many battles successfully. After few years she became the general of the army. Her brave heart paved her many victories. Suddenly strange fever spread in china, many people were affected. Mulan also fell sick. During the treatment the doctors found her identity. It was a great shock for everyone.

       Most of the soldiers protested and few praised her bravery. Suddenly a war broke out. Mulan with her troops fought against the enemies and won. The Emperor was happy and the whole nation praised her. She was offered the position of advisor but Mulan wanted to return to her village. The Emperor awarded her with six horses and six swords. The villagers were very happy that their girl saved the country. Thus, Mulan is still remembered for her bravery.
